The Emergency Memberlink Program, herein defined as Memberlink, is available to all registered volunteers and employees of the Emergency Service Agencies as detailed in About Us

Volunteer or employee membership is subject to approval by the relevant Emergency Service Agency.

CFA (ABN. 39 255 319 010) has contracted MEMBER Benefits Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 090 691 080) “MEMBERBenefits” to manage, on an ongoing basis, the Emergency Memberlink Program as profiled in this website and in the Emergency Memberlink Guide and in any other supporting materials provided to members.

The Program incorporates benefits made available by organisations and establishments, hereinafter defined as Providers, that have made available certain products and services to members on terms and conditions as profiled in this website and in the Emergency Memberlink Guide.

One of the providers is Presidential Card, which at the request of MEMBERBenefits, has amongst other things, entered into arrangements with a number of organisations and establishments to provide benefits that members can access by presentation of their Emergency Memberlink Card bearing the logo of Presidential Card.

The Emergency Service Agencies, MEMBERBenefits and Presidential Card are hereinafter referred to as the Parties.

The Program incorporates benefits made available by organisations and establishments, hereinafter defined as Providers, that have made available certain products and services to members on terms and conditions as profiled on this website and member guide.

One of the providers is The Presidential Card, which at the request of MEMBER Benefits has, amongst other things, entered into arrangements with a number of organisations and establishments to provide benefits that members can access by presentation of their Emergency Memberlink Card bearing the logo of the Presidential Card.

Use of this website and the Emergency Memberlink Guide is subject to the following terms and conditions of use which the Parties reserve the right to amend at any time.

  1. ‘We’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means the Parties.
  2. ‘You’ and ‘your’ means the member that the membership is issued to and whose name and membership number appears on the card.
  3. ‘Card’ means the Emergency Memberlink Card.
  4. Use of Emergency Memberlink Card is at your own risk.
  5. The Membership Card remains the property of the Parties.
  6. We reserve the right to add, alter, improve or delete any of the Providers, information, offers, and services without notice. Please check this website or phone 1800 820 037 if you are unsure.
  7. You agree to enter into any arrangement with a Provider detailed in this website and in the Emergency Memberlink Guide at your own risk.
  8. The Providers reserve the right to change modify or cancel offers without notice.
  9. The information profiled within this website and in the Emergency Memberlink Guide has been provided by the Providers in good faith and is correct at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change from time to time.
  10. We are not liable for any injury, loss or damages incurred by you while partaking of offers profiled in this website and in the Emergency Memberlink Guide.
  11. You can cancel your membership at any time by giving written notice to us and returning your membership card.
  12. We may terminate your membership of this program if you breach the conditions of the program. We will advise you of this in writing.
  13. In order to identify you, we need to record your personal details, these include your membership number, name, address, phone number and email address.

Notwithstanding the above, in the unlikely event that a Provider profiled in this website and in the Emergency Memberlink Guide, that incorporates the wording Presidential Card, does not honour the benefit as shown in this member guide or on www.emergencymemberlink.com.au and the member has met all the current conditions, including being a current Program member, Presidential Card will refund the amount equivalent to the saving the member would have received.

To receive your refund, simply mail or fax an itemised receipt together with Program membership number and your full name outlining your claim to:
